FAQ & insurance.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

Usually not — Colorado has direct access, so you can start physical therapy with us without a physician referral. Some insurance plans still require one for coverage; our front desk will check for you.

Will you take my insurance?

We accept most major insurance plans and are happy to verify your benefits before your first visit. We also offer transparent cash rates — an initial evaluation is $120.

What makes you different from other clinics?

Every single visit is a full hour, one-on-one with your doctor of physical therapy — never handed to an aide or shared across three patients. That focused, hands-on time is why people recover faster here.

What happens at my first visit?

A full-hour evaluation: a thorough movement and strength assessment, a clear explanation of what's going on, and a personalized plan — often with hands-on treatment the same day.

How long until I feel better?

It depends on the injury and your body, but many people notice meaningful progress within a few weeks. Your evaluation gives you a realistic, honest timeline — and our Recovery Roadmap can give you a general preview.

Do you offer telehealth?

Yes — telehealth visits ($85) with a real doctor of physical therapy and a progressing home program, great when you can't make it in or you're traveling.

Is the Recovery Roadmap a diagnosis?

No — it's general, educational guidance that always errs toward caution. Only a hands-on evaluation can assess your specific injury and personalize your plan.
